Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how We2 Design ("We2", "we", "us") handles information about visitors to we2design.vercel.app ("the site") and clients who engage us. It applies to personal data we collect through this site, email, calls, and project work.

1. What we collect

• Contact details you send us. name, email, phone, company. when you fill a form, send an email, book a call, or DM us on LinkedIn / WhatsApp.
• Project information you share during an engagement (brief, brand assets, accounts, content).
• Anonymous drawings you submit to the "Bring out your inner artist" gallery in the footer. These are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and, if you submit, on a Vercel KV server keyed by a random ID. We never collect your name unless you type one into the optional name field.
• Basic analytics. Vercel server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamps) and, if you've allowed cookies on any third-party service we link to (Google Calendar, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram), those services' own data collection per their policies.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or run your project.
• To send invoices, proposals, and project updates.
• To keep the site running and prevent abuse.
• To showcase completed work (only after delivery and only with the public artefacts. never with confidential material).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We don't run retargeting pixels or marketing trackers on this site.

3. Cookies & localStorage

We use the browser's localStorage to remember:

• Your theme preference (dark / light).
• Your drawings in the footer gallery (so they persist between visits on the same device).
• Whether the intro animation has played in this session.

We do not set tracking cookies for advertising. Third-party links (LinkedIn, Calendar, WhatsApp) may set their own cookies once you click through; their policies govern that.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Vercel. site hosting and the drawings backend.
• Google. fonts (no personal data) and the Calendar slot picker if you book a call.
• Payment processors and accountants for billing, if you become a client.

None of these are sent your data for marketing. they only see what's strictly needed to do their job.

5. How long we keep it

Contact and project records: as long as our client relationship is active, plus 7 years for tax compliance under Indian law. Footer drawings: until you clear them from your browser, or for up to 12 months on the shared gallery server. You can ask us to delete a drawing or any other data we hold about you at any time (see Contact).

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it (subject to legal record-keeping obligations).
• Stop using it for any specific purpose.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for the site, password managers for our accounts, and limit access to client material to people working on your project. No internet system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you don't send us highly sensitive personal data (e.g. ID numbers, passwords) over email.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
